I was headhunted by an employment agency and the position called for a Direct Hire. Quick Interview. Met with Project Director followed by the Director of Operations. I was offered the job a few days later and accepted it. Benefits were discussed after being employed for 2 days. I was not informed that there wasn't a 401k plan.
