Interview
I want to describe it as a fun ride. The interviewers were friendly and it's more of a friendly discussion which I had rather than a technical interview.
The manager round was an untrustworthy one because the promises and the vision he tried explaining were not convincing.
It was 4 rounds of interviews and the manager is the one who coordinated most of the process. Finally, I have asked for any references and I provided a few as well. Fortunately one of the candidates I referred also got selected.I accepted the offer letter as soon as they sent it and the manager has reached out to us because they wanted to reduce the bonus percentage after the offer letter is released. A new offer letter with the corrected details has been released later on.
We did not expect this from a reputed organization like Rubrik and that shows the culture this company is building.

First you get a call from HR whether the candidate is interested.
Then the manager calls for a discussion. Then manager tells you how challenging their work environment is and why you have to extend shifts in Rubrik. Then they ask whether you're comfortable with night shifts. Then they judge a vmware level 2 engineer on how recovery of a snapshot works.
