Interview
Gives you a writing test beforehand. A lot of tasks to be done for the writing test (a Chinese-English translation task, an English-Chinese translation task, a question asking you for advice on communication strategies for a company that has gone under fire; and a question asking you to formulate a LinkedIn, Weibo and Facebook post for a client). Followed by a rather easy interview where the managers just ask you about yourself. And surprisingly, they did not ask anything about why I was applying to be a part of the company.
The interview experience was very good. It was quite relaxing overall because it was not a full-time job. The interviewer was also very nice. I am very happy to have such an interview experience during my undergraduate studies.

Interview
The first interview was a phone interview with HR, lasting about ten minutes. Two days later, there was an online video interview with the team leader. The next day, I was notified of my acceptance and asked to start my job as soon as possible.

First, the usual self-introduction and understanding of PR work were discussed. Then, questions were asked about the brand, its recent spokespersons, and observations of recent hot events in the beauty industry.
