It was a group interview that went quickly. Asked several basic questions, such as what would I do in certain work situations. They had a script which was used in work and asked us to read it as if we were working.

Interview
It was not necessarily an interview, but a group workshop type of interview. We introduced ourselves and interest in the job, and then were briefed about the job. We then filled out a sheet of paper asking questions about the job.

Very good interview process they made it easy for a first time interviewee. Would definitely recommend any student interested in sales or anything that involves being personable to work here.
Simple, easy 20 minute interview with practice call at the university's call center with the manager. Asked about how I take rejection, what I like about the university, etc.. Other students were calling during the interview
