I applied a few weeks back regarding the Account Executive role. I got a response saying they’ve gone for other hires because of X Y and Z. Except I have all three of those things… just strange to be told they went with someone else to further the process for these specific three reasons when I check those boxes. You’re better off saying we won’t be moving forward with your application, instead of creating reasons that don’t apply to the situation.
