I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Runway (NYC)
Interview
A couple things stand out about interview process: 1. People team was supportive and responsive throughout 2. Clearest and most transparent explanation of equity I've encountered during any interview 3. The design exercises closely mirrored real life design (making improvements to a design, or figuring out a zero to one solution). I felt like the team and I were just working on a project together, and we got to see each other's collaboration styles and design approaches. 4. No take-home work. All in all, within the same timeframe as interviews with other companies, I learned way more about the type of work, the team, and what I could learn by working there.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Runway (NYC) (New York, NY)
Interview
The overall process was really timely, smooth, and transparent. It took around 2 weeks, and the process was pretty standard: 1. initial call 2. app critique with the design team 3. meetings with the CDO and eng partners 4. onsite with design exercise Overall the process felt really thorough and the recruiting team was extremely responsive. The whole team was really open to respond with any additional questions I had, and was really transparent.
