Great process with caring managers during the process. Got interviewed by 3 people at their office and got a good sense of how they work.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Russell & Bromley (Cambridge, England) in Sep 2025
Interview
I had a very disappointing experience with the interview process at Russell and Bromley. I arrived on time for my interview but was kept waiting for 35 minutes before being seen. I had to rearrange my working day at short notice after being pressured by the area manager to attend, which made my day unnecessarily long and stressful.
The lack of respect for my time and the unprofessional attitude from management left a poor impression. Even if I had been offered the role, I would not have accepted it based on this experience.
I’m sharing this so future candidates know what to expect and can decide whether the company’s approach to recruitment aligns with their own expectations of professionalism.
