Interview
3 initial interviews, one with HR, one with the merchandise manager, and one with the division head. Once you get past the division head, you will go for final screening with the overall head. The interviews are spaced around 1 week or so apart.

How did you overcome this difficulty you mentioned before?
The interview process was quite tedious since you have to pass numerous ones (HR to direct manager to division manager to HR again for the benefits). I believe the entire process took one month because of this.

3 interviews with one exam. The first interview is with HR, the second is with merchandise manager, and the last with division manager.
I found that they tend to repeat interview questions so what was asked in the first interview would be asked again in the second or third interview.
