Interview with the Administrator first. She was an amazing, intelligent, and down-to-earth individual. The interview was better described as a conversation. I felt more comfortable in this interview than any of the dozens I have been to.
I was asked about my experience and to tell her a little about myself. After an interview with her, I met the woman who spearheaded the new intake department (amazingly kind as well). She explained the culture and environment, a typical work day, etc.
Then I was brought back to the administrator to wrap things up and offered the position. Be yourself. They seemed to care more about your personality and if you are a good fit for their culture. Explained they have a very family-like setting with a crucial focus on work-life balance.
Made a point to Express interest in my desired career path and that they would help in every way to assist employees with growth and advancement opportunities.
Interviewed to replace another intake specialist's position who was just promoted to a paralegal. Intake was created by the previous executive assistant that moved up in the company as well.
