2 interviews, first with the team leader, second with the manager. After all, not response or feedback. The interview process was always 1 to 1. All the communication via emails.

Question 1
In both cases, the structure of the interviews was the same, questions about your understanding of the position, more technical questions about the role and your experience and finally questions about behaviour and what you will bring to the company. Each of the interviews was around 1 hour. They checked my knowledge of the company and what was their strategy

Aunque son varias fases, el proceso es rápido y ameno. Te dan varios días para realizar el caso práctico.
Las entrevistas son completamente en inglés (excepto la primera con RRHH)

Tres entrevistas: la primera una llamada en español donde me contaron del puesto y me hicieron dos preguntas en ingles, la segunda con un manager y la tercera con el mismo manager para presentar un ejercicio

Interview
Standard interview process with one HR and one team lead. Interviewers friendly but knowledge focused on the travel technology industry. Questions fairly run of the mill with little to distinguish the company or any flair considering their new tech approach was being launched.
Pro
Friendly and office appeared fun to work in, with a slide.
Cons
Seemed little appetite to leverage knowledge, experience from other industries
