S2 Security interview questions

Job description indicated a leadership role, but interviewer was looking for a "coder." Since my resume shows over 20 years experience and quite a bit of engineering and product management experience, I was surprised that they even wanted to speak to me. After discussing the lack of any leadership in the position, I ended the phone screen at about 20 minutes.
