3 Interview steps:
1. Small technical project for retrieving data from web service.
2. face-to-face interview, including programing on site.
3. Personality quiz and IQ test, time is so short to complete all questions.

Pretty straight forward. Good questions. Down to earth approach with the interview style. Couple of stages interview stages, people some technincal questions. See value in people. Just be your self and be open and upfront.

Interview
Recruiter connects you with a development manager for the position you will be hiring for. The phone interview were some design pattern questions. Then the face to face is done and appears just to be a cultural fit interview.
