I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SCS Engineers (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2018
Interview
I got the in-person interview after applying online and a phone-screen interview with an HR representative. In person interview with project manager and team members lasted about 45 minutes. They asked pre-written questions at first and then ended the interview with more informal, off-the-cuff questions. Some of the team members were listening in on conference call.

Question 1
When was the last time you were embarrassed and how did you respond to that situation?
Phone Screening, where I was asked general questions related to the company and field, asked about my experience related to emissions modeling as they mainly deal with landfill engineering. Then asked about if I was comfortable performing job responsibilities such as AutoCAD Civil 3D tasks, comfortability with technical writing and reporting, working in a team and also asked about comfortability doing field work.
