Three interviews. First, with the hr person. Second, group interview with some situational question. Third, with two team leads, listening of the case. Answers needed to be give about what you have heard.
Interview consists of 3 different sessions. First one is with other candidates. You introduce yourself, deal with some “what would you do in this situation if…” excercises. Second is individual. Third one is discussion regardin salary

Interview
It was an group interview, six people. Started of with basic self introductions, they ask questions where your values and the way you think shows up. Had an group discussion about given work related situation. Not many of group interview people had IT related background.
