I applied online. I interviewed at SEEK Development
Interview
Very transparent interview process that's also posted on the SEEK website. It started with an HR introductory / screening call, then moved on to the first panel (stage 2) as an online interview. My impression was that it was an open, transparent and professional process.

Question 1
My resume had a few different touchpoints with SEEK's mission and areas of work, so I appreciated the question of where I would be most interested to put energy and add value. It showed they understood what I brought to the table and were open to discuss a best fit beyond what was written in the job description.
I applied online. I interviewed at SEEK Development (Berlin) in Feb 2023
Interview
The process was clear, but they seem understaffed and underpaid with the market. If you are in the position to choose your opportunities, this needs to be carefully considered. If you value living in Berlin, this could be an option, but you have to really want to be in Berlin.

Question 1
They sent me a case to crack within a specific time.
The interview process was exactly as described in the vacancy. One quick interview to make sure you understand the role that you're applying for. A second 1-hour interview that is quite typical as it focuses on your background and previous experience. For the third interview, you are given a case study which you then present during the interview, plus a few additional questions again on your experience. The final interview is with the Managing Director.

Question 1
You can expect detailed questions about your previous experiences and how they relate to the role you're applying for. The case study is very do-able with the time they give you to prepare.
