Relaxed and easygoing. Met on the phone and then over a meal. Both were with the hiring manager. The process was not long and drawn out. The offer was given once there was synergy between the parties.

If hired, what would you change to make revenue improvements.
Swift. The owner's knew what they were looking for and I did too. Came to a quick meeting of the minds and was hired. Unique only in the aspect that I flew to N. Carolina to meet with the owners. Otherwise, it was a nice process.

Numerous questions, mostly revolved around Direct to Consumer Marketing and Analytics. This was a senior position and the questions were appropriate for that role.

Interview
I met with the CFO. She took her time to put down everyone in the finance department and told me she couldn't wait till they were gone. I should have read the writing on the wall and run.
