The interview process consists of writing an aptitude test comprising of mathematics, logical reasoning and mechanical aptitude test. Once successful, the next stage is a face to face interview with a panel comprising mid career employees (from multiple segments) and HR head or representative. At this stage, your tasked with giving a strictly timed presentation to the panel and fellow candidates. Afterwards, all the candidates are divided into teams and tasked with building something together (it is at this point members of the panel scrutinize your communication skills, your team player/leadership abilities, your innovation, conflict resolution skills and so on. Beyond that is a one-on-one interview with the panel where they grill you with questions and provide you with an uncoupled mechanical item asking you to couple it back together with the aid of an engineering drawing. After the interview with the panel is over (which typically lasts the whole day), the next and final stage is an interview with a senior manager within the segment (department) you've been assigned to. Usually is a short interview lasting less than an hour. Few questions are asked but nothing too technical at this stage.
