The on-site interview was a 2-day process that included dinner with engineers on day 1, a plant tour plus 2 rounds of interviews on day 2. Was also asked to send a recording of a presentation prior to the on-site interview.

1. Questions regarding stress-strain plots (metals and elastomers), engineering drawings, projects, stresses in a pressure vessel, and experience with CAD and FEA. 2. A part along with details on its application was provided. Was then asked how I would go about designing the part and what material properties would be important.
