SLB Senior Java Developer interview questions

Telephonic, Presentation round , Technical round. For me all the rounds were quite good, interview was quite easy for me , interview was quite impressed. Then HR came to me with negative feedback. On enquiring about the reason for negative feedback I was told I am under experienced for required role. To my surprise fitment round was already done. How come suddenly they realised despite good round I am under experienced. Pathetic interview process. Interviewer were showing lack of technology knowledge.
