The interview was over Zoom due to Covid reasons. One lady was the interviewer and without going through my profile she was asking irrelevant questions not related to my skillset. However, as per the JD provided by them my resume was shortlisted as the skills and experience were matching with mine. She was more interested to show her knowledge rather than investigating what the candidate has or can offer. It was a really bad experience with SLK. Although I got selected by other 2 companies within same week but SLK had left a disappointment in me in terms of candidature and professionalism.

overall the Interview process is good. All the rounds were conducted as per the schedule which is great in this pandemic times. But selection process is late you need to be patience it may takes 2 weeks to get back to you.
