As there was some difficulty in the interview process and I was not not able to get in the complete interview process and quit from this company, but the company culture is good
The interview process was quite standard and straightforward. Began with an aptitude test, followed by a basic technical round, and ended with a short HR discussion. Nothing particularly tricky overall.
Firstly you need to clear the written assessment based on coding. Then the qualified ones will be selected for technical and hr interviews which are elimination rounds.finally the selected ones will undergo training for few months remotely while clearing the assessments in this pre-training which is also an elimination based one.
