1 phone interview with the recruiter, 2 phone interviews with two different project managers, and then 1 in person interview. The interview was a series of questions about my experience, some questions about where i see myself and growth opportunities, and then they discussed the position and some of the work I would be doing.

This company does not have their budget together and while they make promises, even after they make offers they retract them due to funding issues. They strung me along for 6 months after making an offer by pushing back my start date and then retracted it. Be wary.
