SMR interview questions

Had two consecutive skype interviews. both very casual. Was offered the job via email almost immediately. The interviews were more chats about life in general. THe total time for each was about 30 minutes. The people were the main manager and a sub manager. Not a lot about the job conditions was discussed.

There is always a team that will interview with you and not one person. Questions are general and tell me about yourself. They will also give you some parts to review and ask you some general technical questions about it to evaluate your thought process and general engineering capabilities. Very comfortable overall.
