I waited 45 minutes for the interviewers cause they were late. The interviewees looked like fresh graduates and sounded rather cocky. I waited for a month for the results, but there was none, so I emailed them to ask for the result, only to receive a reply that I was rejected. No system in recruitment, and no proper documentation of our interview conversation (they had nothing, and wrote nothing now)
