Phone interview. Easy questions. Thoroughly described position and told you things you should know before accepting the position. Asked how you heard about position or if you knew anyone. Asked if you liked to work outside.
Got a phone call from Representative of Sp offering a cashier position at a new location. Was given a job description, was given the time, was asked about my availability, was asked if The job offered was something I would be interested in.

Pretty much get the job onsite. Very fast free uniforms and very nice through out the process. Very informative about helping you understand and be effective on the job. Easy Process.
