The interview process takes a long time to even hear back when they are interviewing. Then most interviews have at least 4 - 6 people in the interview on a panel, which is usually an infective way to run an interview. Too many people involved. The interviews are really a waste of time as Nepotism is always the 'trump' suit at SRP when it comes to interviewing and who gets the job. Its not in their corporate culture but the phrase, It's not what you know but who you know is what one would need to keep in mind as a central theme on most decision making at SRP. This place is the good ole boys club and I imagine it always will stay that way. .
