STA Interview Questions

Very smooth and fast, I was able to get a offer the same day. I accepted and I have been there for a year at this point. The upper management live in PA so you have to be a person that can handle your terminal

Simple DMV checklist, and physical exam. Had to fill out some forms and submit for a background check. This took about a week, I am still waiting for follow up process for training.

It was a very cursory, very casual phone call that followed my application. The application garbled my resume. I was asked to resubmit my resume via email, which I did, and to expect a call the following Monday for a more detailed conversation with the man running the department. I never received any further calls, but well over a month later I finally received the "We regret to inform you..." email.

Informal interview on zoom very simple just gave a rundown of the company and the tasks that will be performed working there. Overall very approachable and easy to ask and communicate with.

Went in to interview at the Santa Barbara office a week after applying. Interview went well, seemed very busy but laid back at the same time. Questions asked were pretty standard, wanted to know specific functions/roles in past jobs as well as any analyzing that was done with numbers. Was told the salary range for the job, benefits, etc. Upon receiving an offer letter, I was offered less than the base range.

It was fairly easy to interview for the position. You must demonstrate why you can and want to do the job.If you have previous bus driving experience you should be a favorite to get the job.

Easy going, not stressful, personable. They were straight forward with what the work load was going to be like and explained the position well. They gave examples on how the office runs and answered any questions that I had as well

Friendly interview. Expected questions. Received feedback that afternoon. However experience in sales is more important than travel experience regardless of what they advertise/try to tell you. But overall positive experience.

interview process was very slow , nobody knew when or what was going on in regards to when the position would be open. took along time just to get an actual interview

Panel Interview, must have appropriate license. If required they will send you through their class and then after all testing that you pay for, they will give you an interview. After interview you will be drug tested background checked and trained.
