I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SUGARFISH (Brentwood, CA).

    Interview

Two in-person interviews. One with general manager and another with regional manager. Asked typical behavioral questions and went over resume. Availability is a big part and they let you know that everyone starts as a host/hostess before moving up to a server

    Host Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at SUGARFISH.

    Interview

Very friendly interview. Laid back, you probably don't need to dress up too much, but do make an effort. Do not look past anyone if this is a group interview. I mistook the owner of the establishment just to be someone sitting in on the interview. The people are very down to earth, but be careful!
