1. start by submitting CVs through the portal
2. Technical interview where you get to answer questions on network technology, database and situational questions
3. Oral interview - here you are asked questions about yourself, call process etc

Interview
First, you attend a written interview. If you are lucky you are invited to a final interview which is oral. They then perform a background check on successful applicants. The next step is contract signing.
