Interview
First stage of interview: at college job fair. Second stage of interview was on site with coworkers and management. Expect to interview with 3-4 people and each interview will last 30 minutes to 1 hour. Last stage of interview is with the CEO, Randy Greene. If you have reached this stage, you most probably have the job. Randy likes to meet all his new employees before they start working for his company.

Why did you use a particular type of material for this application? Expect to be asked detailed questions by experienced professionals. At the same time, they are checking to make sure you are a good fit with the company culture. So, don't be too rigid in your answers and try to make it a two way conversation.
