Safetec Compliance Systems interview questions

I applied after a college friend told me they were hiring. It took them over a month to respond and actually schedule an interview. The interview was done with the entire development team of 8 people at the time. Only a few really asked questions a few serious ones to see if you knew anything about your job and then quite a few joking questions. This took about an hour. Then another group of people came in and asked some more generic since they were not developers. Its was about an hour and a half all together. A week or so later I get an email explaining that they didn't think I would be a good worker basically. So they scheduled a phone interview which didn't too long. I spoke directly with the CTO at the time and within 30 minutes I was offered the job.
