Group Interview Process. Each individual presents a PowerPoint on why they are a good fit. Approx. 12 spectators in the room. Questions are asked afterwards on the presentation. Then a tour of the site is provided for all candidates.
Pretty easy assessment centre, got As in all the theoretical tests except team work which I thought I did the best in as no one else was really doing anything.
