Saiful Bouquet interview questions

First I just want to say that this is by far the most unprofessional firm I have ever seen in my life. After speaking with some former employees and reading the reviews on here it all makes sense. With that being said I applied to the firm 9 months ago (yes, 9) and just heard back. They set up an interview with 3 principals. To start things off, the principals were 15 minutes late to the interview. Then they didn't even have all the documents ready (resume, transcripts cover letter etc). In the middle of the interview they asked me if I would require sponsorship, I said no and thats when things went down. I guess the reviews on here are correct, they only look for fresh international grads so they can "bully" them. So the interview goes on and Matt Skokan is completely lost and doesn't even know who I am or where Im from etc. He gets 2 phone calls in the meeting and proceeds to answer...like imagine how unprofessional that is. The other principal was nice and actually asked me questions, and what I am doing right now. Matt over here looked at my transcript and pretty much questioned why I took some classes. He left the interview after receiving a call. I don't understand what the point of the interview was if you wouldn't just screen my transcript beforehand. At this point in my head I know even if they paid me a million dollars I wouldn't work here. But I went along with the interview anyways. I came home and looked on Glassdoor to see the reviews and sure enough it was very accurate to see what type of culture they have at the firm. There were no technical questions, they didn't care about your strength, they only cared about your GPA. Id advise to look at the reviews before you consider this firm. Also, don't expect a response or any sort of coordination, the HR lady was lost and nobody was on the same page.

Skype interview with 2 of the principals. They asked me general question of which software is was familiar with and seismic design knowledge in general. The interview wasn't hard. Is a general judgement of your attitude and skills.
