I have appeared for sailpoint Java Support Engineer profile. I have gone through 3 rounds 2 technical + 1 Managerial round. I have cleared all thr rounds but didn’t get any offer. The reason is quite simple, they have gone thorough with other candidate as well and whoever has lower expectations gets the offer. Though I have already cleared my expectations before appearing for the interview still the offer was not released. I request to all whoever is applying for sailpoint technology pune, should not expect a good hike. They will ruin your expansion after getting the interview.
