Several phone interviews, and a visit to campus with a number of panel interviews with different campus departments. The interview process was clearly explained to me, everyone I interacted with was inviting and happy to meet me. The campus is beautiful, but the overall interview process moves very slow. Low salary range for cost of living in that area.

After applying online I waited about a three weeks before receiving a phone call to schedule an interview. My interview was with three members of the Public Safety department who asked ridiculous questions that one would expect from a police department , not a campus safety department . I was told they would let me know by "the end of the week" but received a generic "thanks, but no thanks" email a month later.
