It was a typical interview process, the recruiter screened me first, asking some questions surrounding my previous work history and why I applied to Salesloft, etc. The 2nd interview was a video interview with 2 Support Managers. Overall, it was a positive interview experience.

Question 1
If we were to contact your current Manager today, what would be the top 3 traits he would tell us about you?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesloft in Jul 2021
Interview
I first had a phone screening with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The next stage was a Top Grade interview which consisted of a deeper dive into my background including education and career history, followed by a peer interview and a Core Values/cultural fit one. I was kept quickly updated throughout the interview process and it was great to meet those I'd be directly working with as well as other employees in different departments to give a good overview of the culture of the company. The whole process took just under a month.

Question 1
If you could wave a magic wand and change one thing about your company, what would it be?
I applied online. I interviewed at Salesloft (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview process involved six different interviews: a phone screen with the recruiter, a phone screen with the hiring manager, a culture-fit values interview, a peer interview with a mentor and peer, a top grade interview with the hiring manager and another manager, and an interview with a director. The process was really smooth and relatively quick! I received follow-up from my recruiter within a business day after each interview. The most difficult interview was probably the topgrade: there's a lot of going through your career and answering similar questions. I found that I really connected with my future teammates during the peer interview. The rest of the interviews were of average difficulty. The process wasn't too bad and they did a good job of keeping the environment from being too stressful.
