Referred to my store manger directly, by another store manager. Interviewed that day. Hired later that same day.
Interviewed by my manager for about an hour. Scheduling and experience as well as being a long time customer was what they were looking for!
I was advised on dress code, how to clock in on computer system, and was set up to start training following week.

How do you feel like customers should be greeted and treated ?
The interview was extensive but simple. It was obvious they were needed employees so I basically got hired on the spot, Very high likelyhood all interviewees get the job. Management is very poor though.
Simple interview, was about 15 minutes long and fairly simple questions (what are you looking for out of this job/what interests you about working here/etc). Ended up getting the job offer a few days later.
I applied and was contacted for an interview. I interviewed with store manager. Standard interview questions. Overall very easy interview. I was offered a position for beauty advisor the same day.
