Salsoft Technologies interview questions

I've never been interviewed by a more confused management. I applied for the position in July. One month later, they got back to me, asked me about my salary expectations. I told them. The next day, they reached out and said your budget is kind of high, so we apologize. I said okay, We ended on good terms. A few days later, they said we've had a chance to review your profile, and since it was so good, we're willing to be flexible with our budget. They called me for an interview. We had mutually decided on a time. After reaching there on time, I had to wait 45 minutes before two people came and interviewed me. I also attempted a test. The next day, I was told that they weren't moving forward because of 'the specific requirements of the role.' If you're not getting a call from this company, consider yourself lucky.

Interview process is smooth as compared to other companies and they make sure to inform you of yours results timely so in that way you don't have to keep waiting for response.
