This was a very easy interview process - staff were friendly and very communicative. We sat in the lobby of the ice cream store and I answered typical service job questions. Heard back quickly. Communication was good.

I asked if they were hiring and did an impromptu interview. The manager came out from the back and asked about my experience and availability, I came with my resume.

Interviewed with General Manager and Assistant Manager. Was easy and they asked me situational based questions so come with stories in mind to tell them about. Asked me a question about working under pressure and how to handle hard customers as this is a customer service job.
