First meet with Front of the House manager and if they like you , you will get a second from the general manager. Once you finish your second interview, you you will get a call. If you get the position, you’ll receive an offer letter.

We talked about my work experience and he asked basic interview questions ie. how would react to an upset customer? The interview was quick and I was hired on the spot.
