Interview was coordinated through randstad. After initial interview with recruiter, a follow up interview was scheduled with the hiring managers. This process took all together about 3 weeks. I guess I need 3p words for indeed to accept my interview process.

I got a call from a recruiter asking generic questions about the scheduling and job duties and would see if this is something possible to move forward with. Then set up an interview with another recruiter. Then, I eventually set up an interview with a company supervisor.

Interview
Very intimidating, difficult questions, most questions were Sr level when for a tech 1 or 2 position. Some of the employees after telling them the questions I was asked didn't even know or could do it!
