Based on my experience, the company hr will go to several review centers to get candidates.
Exam will be given to reviewees from the selected review center. The persons who will past the exam will be called for the panel interview. There are 5 different interviewers coming from different departments (HR Manager, R&D Manager, Engineering Manager, Quality Control Manager, Purchasing Manager, ect.). This is a Korean company so expect that there will be a korean interviewer. If you passed the panel interview they will call you for salary offer, you can demand if you have a higher experience or educational background, if its ok to you, you can proceed to medical check-up/screening. If you will passed all this process, you are hired!
