I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sand Cherry (Denver, CO) in Dec 2015
Interview
The first interview was with the HR Manager followed by two face-to-face interviews with Sand Cherry Sr. Consultants. They look for cultural fit more than technical skills. I would highly suggest reading Patrick Lencioni's Naked Truth to get a clear picture of Sand Cherry - it truly describes this consulting firm.

30 Min & Hour long interviews with employees and partners of the company about personality fit and work experience as well as case interviews typical for consulting opportunities. I would advise being aware of cable & telecom industry news and business topics as well as practicing case interviews.
