Application Online, screening process then you get a phone call from HR for an interview, once you are shortlisted they can even provide a flight for you if you are far.
It very difficult for a person not from a refinery environment to answer some questions, but for preparation know maintenance strategies, Moc process, risk base Inspection(RBI), ASME B31.3 Piping code, Maintenance of Statutory equipments (psv , tsv , pipeline , Pressure vessel) .
