Saudi e-Phase interview questions

As they find me already technically qualified for the job base on my CV, the interview was short on technical matters and focus more on my management style. The interview zeroed in on my perception about management & employee relationship, loyalty to Company and aggresiveness in my management style. It also touch on my position if in case there is a management-employee conflict. My long term outlook with the Company and desire to be part of Top management. From the interview, I reckon that Top management is conservative, not open to radical changes to improve their system and is being run like a single proprietorship firm although it is a Corporation.
