The interview started with them giving information about the campany and the specific role. That transitioned into casual questions about myself and a few structured interview questions. The interview process was casual, non technical, and stress-free.

Interview
Invited for interview about a month after applying. Showed up at badge office one hour prior to scheduled interview time. After receiving guest badge, was escorted to interview location by an ELDP leader. Interviewed with Process Control and Automation department (one engineering manager and two leading operations engineers). Their backgrounds were in CS, EE, and ChemE. Very conversational interview with very down-to-earth people. Lasted 45-50 mins. After interview, was given a tour of SRS by five recent EDLP inductees, all in their early twenties. Interview was only four days ago so I am currently waiting to hear back.
UPDATE: Received and accepted a generous offer two weeks after interview.

Typical behavioral interview questions. Tell me about: yourself, project experience, leadership experience, conflict resolution experience, teamwork skills, how you would promote safety in the workplace, etc. No technical questions.
