Savers Cost Plus interview questions

i applied in person and went back to the store a couple of days later to ask and they told me to come back the next day to interview. The manager was nice and he barely asked me any questions and I was hired on the spot. I think i started work like 2 or 3 days later.

It was organized, promising, with adequate information and explanations of company policies and procedures. I spoke to three different employees for a brief interview and my time was efficiently managed. No work environment appeared to be conducive for business management and there was an attitude of positivity and encouragement amongst those employees that I had the opportunity to meet and/ or interview with
