The interview process was very low-key. I initially was contacted via email by a recruiter who asked some follow-up questions and then proceeded to set up an interview time. The interview was very easy going. The manager told me about the company and the typical work day, looked over my resume and asked questions about my work history, and offered me the job on the spot.

Question 1
Most of the questions were very straightforward and easy to answer... Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work here? Questions about my education. The question that stood out the most was "Tell me one thing about yourself that no one else who is applying can do." or something very similar to that.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Savers (Millcreek, UT) in Jul 2024
Interview
It was simple. They did a phone interview to see if I was still interested and to kindof explain what I'd be doing, then they had me in for an actual interview where I was offered a position on the spot.
