If you want to waste your time then Interview here! I was positive after the interview and solved the database design whiteboard problems they asked for, but unfortunately they thought i struggled with the approach. I have 10 years of Database development experience and i do not think I struggled with my approach but instead I was struggling really with what are they trying to ask and trying to achieve. Really stupid interview panel. Some lame excuse just to reject a candidate. Wasted my time.

Standard in-person after phone screen Met with multiple people in department and also human resources. The process was one person asking questions after another - all individually. Seems like if one interviewer did not approve them the process would be cut short. The more people you see the better the chances of advancing.
