When were challenged beyond your limits and how did you handle it?
Scheduled to talk briefly about State Manager role. Recruiter had not looked at resume ahead of time, then wanted to pivot to talk about a different role she needed to fill that was not anywhere in the same realm. No communication ahead of time, throughout the process, auto rejected template to not move further.
